How many levels does the house have? which level are the rooms? is there a closing time for guests to use the rooftop patio so that late night noise doesn't bother other guests?

The house has two levels, three rooms on the ground floor and two above, there is no time for the terrace upstairs, always and when you do not disturb the other guests with excessive laughter music etc.

A lovely place to stay in Merida!
Absolutely loved staying here. Maurizio was on hand by WhatsApp to answer any questions. We were worried because it was so much cheaper than any other accommodation around and although the rooms are basic, you cannot argue with the price. The shower was great, the air con worked well and the shared facilities (fridge/plates etc) were great. The room was really big too and we used the washing machine to clean our clothes after a week in Mexico. Only a short walk to the more central places in Merida and we walked home (often at 1/2am) and felt super safe.

Really good and easy place where everything works well.
It’s a peaceful, lovely and clean place: everything works the way it should and we had a really relaxing time there. Staff look after the place really well. The shared kitchen is well organised and spacious. There is not direct contact with staff, but all information needed was forthcoming and easy to communicate.
